Amidst all the uproar & din, LokSabha nods for the creation of 29th State Telangana. There was severe criticism over the functioning of LokSabha TV which remained Blank for over 90 minutes and that too when the bill is opened to discuss.
LokSabha Secretariat later blamed the black out as a 'Technical Glitch' while the opposition leader Sushma Swaraj termed it as 'Tactical Glitch'.
Although the demand for Telangana is Six Decades old, it was successfully passed now only because of the sheer determination of Congress to Sweep all the 17 Lok Sabha seats in Telangana region.
Although the bill is passed in Lok Sabha, there are some key issues to be resolved i.e Power, Revenue, Water Sharing, Law and Order.
