Amidst all the ruckus in both the houses, Telangana bill passed in Rajya Sabha too.
Telangana will be the 29th State in Independent India.
The people of Seemandhra has to work really hard in the near by future to be an emerging state in Independent India. They've to take Japan as an example and move ahead with extreme optimism.
